Real quick...the video from the SacTown Throwdown made the CF Main site.  See it here...lot's of our folks made it in.

The on-ramp has started.  We see this as a great opportunity for folks to get eased into the process.  This is designed to allow your body to adapt to working out, teach you the forms, and basically get you to be social and meet others who are also starting the process.  This is what it looks like...

Everyone is doing a great job so far.  This is our first attempt at an On-Ramp and we are very happy with the first two days.  It is going to be a lot of fun to watch the transformations over the next few months.  Keep up the good work!
