Our CLASSES

Welcome to the new "favorite part of your day" - our classes! Led by our talented coaches, all CrossFit Folsom Lake classes are designed to deliver results in a fun, supportive environment. Worried our workouts might be too tough for you? Don’t. We scale everything to fit you where you are. As your skills increase, so does the intensity of your workouts.
  • Free 1-on-1 Intro Session

    Come have one of our highly qualified coaches take you through a thorough movement assessment and introductory workout. This session will help us uncover any injuries or mobility limitations, and in turn give us a starting point to accurately scale and modify workouts to your current abilities.

    Intelligent implementation of the CrossFit methodology follows a continuum of MECHANICS–>CONSISTENCY–>INTENSITY. The foundation for solid mechanics starts here!

  • 4+1 On-Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our On-Ramp course. In four 1-on-1 sessions with a personal trainer, you’ll learn all the essential CrossFit movements, lingo, and more. This course will ease you into the intensity of our regular CrossFit group classes and set you up for success.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Folsom Lake offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Open Gym

    Recess for grown-ups. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering … the options are limitless.
