Naz Rafiee, with 12 years of yoga practice and eight years of teaching experience, began her journey through prenatal yoga during her pregnancy. Driven by a deep love of yoga, she is dedicated to helping others find balance, strength, and well-being through every session. She believe yoga’s combination of flexibility, strength, and mental focus is essential for recovery, injury prevention, and mental resilience for athletes, and is delighted to offer this new class at CrossFit Folsom Lake for their CrossFit members and non-members alike!
