Meet our Youth Program Coordinator
Lauren Bean, our incredible Youth Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at CrossFit Folsom Lake! With 15 years of practice and 14 years of teaching experience, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our program. After her time as a competitive softball player, she discovered that nothing matched the transformative impact of CrossFit. The personalized, high-quality coaching she received for complex movements gave her the confidence to stay active independently beyond group fitness settings. Lauren loves drawing on her fitness abilities from CrossFit to snowboarding, mountain biking to volleyball when coaching the kids and teens! She has created multiple programs at CrossFit Folsom Lake to meet the unique needs of individual athletes, teams, and even younger kids who just need to move their bodies. Her favorite part of coaching is helping youth athletes learn to move well, build confidence through movement, building relationships with families and celebrating their kids’ progress every step of the way.
